DIY Glowing Skin

Every single one of us would kill for the skin of Adriana Lima, Kerry Washington, and Jennifer Aniston, but most of us have no idea how to obtain it. Through some research of celebrity regimens, I’ve uncovered some secrets that I know will be beneficial to every single girl reading this article. And great news, I figured out a way to give you the skin you deserve for super cheap.

Face Brightener:

  1. Honey
  2. Baking Soda
  3. Water

Mix a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of baking soda in the palm of your hand. Add a few drops of water for better consistency and massage into face in problematic areas. Voila! Immediately brighter skin. I know it sounds odd, but sodium bicarbonate is one of the most essential beauty products because of it’s harshness. Baking soda isn’t just important to your delicate pieces of cashmere, it also, over time helps sloth off dead layers of skin and immediately adds life to your complexion.

Blackhead Peel:

  1. One egg white
  2. Applicator brush
  3. Thin tissue

Beat the egg white in a small bowl for 10-15 seconds until you have a smooth, creamy consistency. The creamier, the easier to apply. Grab your applicator brush and apply the egg white to your face in, once again, the problematic areas. Put as much egg white as possible on the first layer considering it’s going to be the one who excavates the most dead cells, but leave a good amount for the second layer. Once you have an even application of the egg white concoction, place pieces of facial tissue on top of the egg whites evenly all over your face. Moving on to the second layer, once the tissues are seemingly stuck to your face, place another layer of the egg white cream on top of the tissues. Apply more pieces of tissue on top of the second layer of the egg whites and apply a final, thinner, layer of the last bit of egg whites and let it sit for about 30 minutes. After the thirty minutes are up, peel the mask off of your face from the primary layer and wash with cold water to allow your pores to soak up the left over mask.

Coconut Coffee Sugar Scrub:

  1. Coffee grounds
  2. Pure Cane Sugar
  3. Coconut Oil
  4. Olive Oil

What better way to get rid of left over coffee grounds than to treat yourself to an amazing exfoliating experience? Combine the coffee grounds and sugar in a small bowl until they are one. Proceed to add about a tablespoon of coconut oil and olive oil into the mixture and blend until you come up with a gritty consistency. Apply the mixture all over your body in the dryer areas, wash off after 5 minutes with warm water, then apply a hefty amount of moisturizer to lock in the natural moisture your body will be excreting.
