Things You Need: Epsom Salt, Baking Soda and Essential Oils.

The essential oil can be purchased at The Body Shop, which I recommend because their products are Fair Trade, and most importantly, pure and free from damaging chemicals.

What to do:

-Take a nice handful of Epsom salt and put it in your tub and draw warm to hot water.

-Fill it halfway and throw in 1/2 cup of baking soda and roughly 10 to 15 drops of your favorite essential oils.

What this bath does is uses natural Epsom salt and baking soda to draw out impurities and literally purify your skin. The hot water opens up your pours, while the elements work their magic, and the oil works to condition your skin.

Stay in for 20 minutes (be cautioned that the Epsom salt can be drying to your skin, so its important to have the oil). Put on some soothing music and relax!

After 20 minutes, drain the tub and rinse in cold water (yes cold). It will be a little shocking, but the cold water rinses off all the bacteria from your skin, while closing up your skins pores. The results are a more vibrant skin tone and you will literally feel completely refreshed. It actually reduces tress levels, too!

Do this once per week and you will seriously never be the same!
